Your future position
In this responsible position, you will acquire rental and sales orders for hall space and logistics centers and take on the advice and support of customers from the inquiry to on-site visits to the conclusion of the contract. You develop innovative marketing strategies and always keep an eye on the market and competitive situation. The maintenance and expansion of your network and the database is a matter of course for you.
Your competencies
- A sales-oriented training resp. Studies with a (real estate) business background
- Proven rental experience in the German logistics market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Independent, structured way of working together with a professional, obliging demeanor and polite persistence
- Flexibility and a high level of commitment
- Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
