Brockhoff has successfully let around 2,000 m² of combined office and warehouse space in Bochum-Wattenscheid. The main tenant is a fast-growing pet supplies company, joined by two other occupiers who have also secured space in the property.

In addition to the main tenant, two other tenants have taken space in the property. The site will therefore have a mix of uses, accommodating both traditional office work and warehousing and logistics operations.

“Demand for flexible combinations of office and warehouse space is clearly evident in Bochum. That makes it all the more important to support the search for premises in a practical and efficient way,” explains logistics expert Imran Kaya.

This letting reinforces Brockhoff’s presence in the Ruhr region’s market for commercial office and warehouse space. Demand for flexible premises remains steady, particularly among companies looking to integrate warehousing, shipping, service and administration more closely.
