2024 was a year like no other. It was the most challenging year Brockhoff has faced since the global financial crisis of 2007/08. Thanks to our motivated team and tremendous commitment, we nevertheless held our own in the market and closed profitable deals for you, our clients.
There seems to be light on the horizon: the property market is brightening. Sentiment is improving, as is the number of completed deals. Since the summer holidays, we have seen a marked increase in transactions. For 2024, we expect both strong revenue and a good profit.
