Brockhoff has completed a letting at a newly built logistics property in Velbert. An electrical wholesaler has leased a unit of around 700 m².

The property is in a highly functional location for logistics users, with the A535 and A44 close by. This letting shows that demand for compact, modern units in the region remains steady.
