The office complex at Kruppstr. 74/Am Fernmeldeamt 17-19 has had a new major tenant since 1 February. BROCKHOFF OFFICE brokered the lease to an Essen-based group, which rented 5,400 m². The area spans the 1st to 4th floors and the basement. The lease also includes 120 parking spaces.

The office space impressed the tenant with its immediate availability, good transport links close to the A 40 and, above all, very modern IT infrastructure. “The space only became available at the end of last year when 11880 Solution AG moved out. Within just a few weeks, we signed a new tenant. This clearly shows that Essen’s office market is vibrant and in demand. Property owners are well advised to keep their buildings modernised. New tenants will then practically come on their own,” explains Tobias Altenbeck, member of BROCKHOFF’s management team.

11880 Solution AG moved from Kruppstraße to Hohenzollernstraße in the fourth quarter of 2018; BROCKHOFF OFFICE brokered that move as well.
