Brockhoff brokered the sale of a site of around 12,000 m² in Bottrop. Known locally as the former Pörschke Stahl site, it is one of the more prominent commercial locations in Bottrop’s Batenbrock district.

The buyer will occupy part of the site for its own operations. Brockhoff quickly found a suitable occupier from its network for a further 2,640 m² of hall space, 500 m² of office space and 1,400 m² of outdoor space, ensuring the property is fully let.
