Brockhoff has successfully brokered the sale of a logistics property in Erfurt with around 12,600 m² of total lettable area. A key factor in the purchase was the long-term lease with a publicly listed German company. The purchase price was not disclosed.

Erfurt is one of Germany’s most important logistics hubs. The city has excellent motorway connections via the A4 and A71. The two routes intersect just outside the city and, together with the bypass, form the “Erfurt Ring”. Its twelve junctions provide convenient access across the entire city. Numerous cities in Germany and elsewhere in Europe can be reached from Erfurt within a few hours.
