In Warstein-Belecke, Brockhoff successfully brokered the sale of an apartment building with six residential units to a private investor.

Built in 1998, the property sits on a 685 m² plot and offers a total of 415 m² of living space as well as two parking spaces. The buyer was impressed by its solid construction and attractive purchase price. The seller is a long-standing Brockhoff client who has entrusted the Invest team with several property projects.
