Brockhoff successfully advised on the off-market sale of a site of approximately 6,200 m² directly on the B1 in Dortmund. The attractive prime site has development potential for an office building with a possible gross floor area of up to 20,200 m². The new owner, a family office based in the region, has already begun the next planning steps.
