These are impressive figures: just ten months after expanding our investment business to include the sale of apartment buildings and residential complexes, we have a pipeline of around 250 residential properties with a total usable area of 154,000 m². This includes several portfolios of up to 30,000 m² of residential space, available for sale individually or as a whole.

This year, we have already successfully brokered a transaction involving 231 residential units. A further 320 units, with a combined total usable area of 32,160 m², are close to notarisation. Talks are in their final phase and contracts are being prepared.
