A reason to celebrate: the SZ Institute has ranked Brockhoff No. 1 in its current “TOP Real Estate Agents 2025” ranking. Published on 13 August 2025 in the Süddeutsche Zeitung, this award is a powerful endorsement of what we have stood for over the past 38 years: reliability, expertise and a passion for real estate.

In 2019, 2020, 2022, 2023 and 2024, we repeatedly celebrated top rankings, whether from Immobilienmanager or Revier Manager. The latest recognition from the SZ Institute is especially meaningful because we did not take part and only learned about it when it was published.

At the same time, we decided not to actively enter rankings this year. Why? Because we believe our day-to-day work, our client relationships and our shared successes say more than any list. The No. 1 ranking in the Süddeutsche Zeitung, which we knew nothing about until it was published, is therefore a wonderful sign that we are on the right track—thanks to the loyalty of our business partners and the outstanding commitment of our team.
