(Essen) BKK vor Ort has leased around 920 m² at Lützowstraße 53–61 in Essen for its digitalisation centre. The lease was brokered by Essen-based Brockhoff Immobilien GmbH.

With almost 800,000 insured members and more than 1,500 employees across over 70 locations nationwide, BKK vor Ort is Germany’s third-largest company health insurance fund. In North Rhine-Westphalia alone, it serves almost 450,000 customers at 49 locations. Its head office is in Bochum.

The property is owned by Frankfurt-based GE Real Estate GmbH.
