(Bochum) With advice from Brockhoff Immobilien GmbH, Bosch Sicherheitssysteme has relocated its Bochum headquarters from Trimonte Park to the CENTRIUM building in Wattenscheid. The former SB-Kauf head office, with around 5,800 m² of office space, was completely renovated by the owner this year and let again. The grounds around the centrally located office building have been landscaped, the entrance area upgraded and the façade illuminated at night, inside and out. A continuously staffed central reception has been installed on the ground floor for all tenants. Almost everything inside the building has also been renewed.

Bosch has secured the space on a long-term basis and will use it for training as well as administration. Negotiations are already underway for the final two spaces, each with around 350 m² of office space. The building will then be fully let. The owner, advised exclusively by Brockhoff, is Tectum 37. Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH.
