The transformation of the Zollverein Coal Mine Industrial Complex has been a success. Today, the site covering around 100 hectares is not only a UNESCO World Heritage Site attracting around 1.5 million visitors each year, but also a modern business location for numerous companies.

Brockhoff has once again supported the site’s transformation by securing an office tenant for a standalone building on the former coking plant grounds. The 555 m² property has an exceptional loft character. Good transport links and parking directly at the building are additional advantages. The canteen on the campus-style site, which serves breakfast and lunch to all resident companies, also contributed to the choice of location.
