(Essen, 21 May 2026). The sale of apartment buildings and residential complexes has been part of Essen-based property adviser Brockhoff’s portfolio since the company was founded in 1987, and is currently gaining particular momentum.
Brockhoff is currently handling exclusive sale mandates for around 600 residential units across several projects of varying sizes. The portfolio ranges from smaller apartment buildings to large residential complexes with more than 100 units, and includes both new-build and existing properties as well as privately financed and subsidised housing.
“Demand for residential investments is strong,” says Jörg Langensiepen, Head of Investment at Brockhoff. “Today, success belongs above all to those who price their properties realistically and opt for professional, discreet marketing. That is exactly where our strength lies.”
The Investment team is also highly successful in the retail property sector. Alongside the sale of commercial buildings in 1A locations, sales of supermarkets and specialist retail stores are also proving stable. Brockhoff recently brokered the sale of a supermarket in North Rhine-Westphalia. Here too, the company benefits from its long-standing market knowledge, strong investor contacts and clearly structured outreach.
