Through Brockhoff, an infrastructure-sector consortium has secured around 730 m² of office space in the modern TMM Forum at Phoenix West in Dortmund. The well-equipped space in the new building, completed in 2022, provides ideal conditions for forward-looking and efficient work.
Alongside spacious offices, all tenants can share modern meeting rooms, a bistro, and a gaming and fitness area.

During construction, Brockhoff secured renowned tenants for the TMM Forum, which comprises two construction phases, before completion.
The latest letting became possible following internal restructuring within the building and was once again successfully handled by Brockhoff.

The TMM Forum is defined by its open, transparent architecture. A spacious foyer, modern conference rooms, and a bistro with a sunny terrace create space for communication and interaction. The integrated fitness area supports mental and physical well-being. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the workspaces and meeting rooms with natural light, while allowing flexible layouts. High-quality service and restroom facilities are centrally located inside the building.
