Brockhoff has successfully sold two apartment buildings at Präsidentenstraße 7 to 11 in Bochum. The properties had been in the seller’s family for many years and were sold at a price-to-current-rent multiple of 15.

The two buildings offer around 950 square metres of living space on an 867-square-metre plot with five garages. Their 19 residential units are spread across several entrances. The buildings have been continuously modernised and maintained. This condition was a key criterion for the buyer, who focuses on existing properties with stable income streams.

“The sale shows that well-maintained apartment buildings in established neighbourhoods remain highly sought after,” says Sascha Kiupel, property adviser at Brockhoff. “The property’s long-term substance was decisive here. That creates confidence on the buyer’s side and enables a smooth transaction.”

With this transaction, Brockhoff underscores its expertise in the structured and discreet sale of apartment buildings and residential complexes.
