The office property at Klaus-Bungert-Straße 5 occupies a 3,530 m² plot and comprises 5,665 m² of lettable space, as well as an underground car park with 99 spaces. The neighbouring property at Klaus-Bungert-Straße 5a stands on a 3,560 m² plot and offers 5,565 m² of lettable space. It also has 99 spaces in its underground car park. Both buildings are fully let and feature a modern multi-tenant concept with high-quality tenants.
Sustainable building features include a geothermal heat pump system, heat-recovery ventilation and extensive green roofing.
Düsseldorf Airport City offers businesses excellent conditions thanks to its outstanding connections to the state capital and international airport. More than 230 companies are currently based directly at the airport.
