Brockhoff successfully let a commercial property in Wulfshofstraße, Dortmund, to the City of Dortmund.
The property offers around 600 square metres of usable space and meets the public-sector tenant’s functional requirements in terms of location and layout.

“For every transaction, we carefully check that the space matches the required use.
Here, the property and location are an excellent fit for the planned use,” explains Hanna Rottmann, who managed the entire process from clarifying requirements through to signing the contract.
