(Essen) Brockhoff Immobilien GmbH has successfully brokered more than 600 m² of practice space at Altendorfer Straße 7 in Essen to the newly established dental group WESTSTADT.PRAXIS.

The practice, formed by Dr. Christoph Dresen, a specialist in oral surgery, and Dr. Hanno Heo, M.Sc. in Oral Implantology, has leased the space from January 2014. It will provide treatments in oral surgery, implantology, periodontology, endodontics and aesthetic dentistry.

The property is part of a special fund managed by IVG Institutional Funds GmbH.
