A renowned new tenant is taking over the busy prime retail unit in Ahaus’s pedestrian zone: men’s fashion specialist Engbers, now with more than 300 stores in Germany and Austria, has leased 155 m² at Marktstraße 20. The new store is expected to open in late summer, once the required fit-out work has been completed. (1A)

Brockhoff, with 38 years of success marketing retail properties in prime locations, brokered the lease and once again helped support the positive development of Ahaus town centre. Brockhoff previously advised well-known chains Bonita, dm and Ernsting’s family, as well as Café & Bar Celona and bakery Kiepenkerl, on leasing their stores. (1A)
