Detmold, Lange Str. 33.

The menswear specialist Engbers is relocating within Detmold’s pedestrian zone, moving two doors down to a larger store. The new premises at Lange Straße 33 offer 170 m² of total lettable space in a busy prime 1A location. Neighbours include well-known chains such as O2 and Jeans Fritz. Brockhoff advised Engbers on the lease and previously assisted Jeans Fritz with its own lease of the store.

Following the required fit-out works, the store is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2026. The property is owned by a local private property company and long-standing Brockhoff client.

The new premises will allow Engbers to strengthen its presence in a top location. We are pleased to have successfully supported this deal.”
