With BROCKHOFF RETAIL acting as broker, fashion retailer Ernsting’s family will move from Bahnhofstr. 25 to a new store with approximately 265 m² of retail space at Bahnhofstr. 11. The unit vacated by the move, offering around 210 m² of retail space at Bahnhofstr. 25, has also been re-let by BROCKHOFF RETAIL to gift retailer Nanu-Nana without a gap. Both stores occupy prime 1A locations in the pedestrian zone, close to well-known retail chains.

Ernsting’s family is expected to open as soon as construction of the new building is complete, probably in early 2021. Nanu-Nana will follow at Bahnhofstr. 25 after a short fit-out.

“We have specialised in brokering retail units in prime 1A locations for more than 30 years. We found reputable tenants for the retail space in the new building and at Bahnhofstr. 25, avoiding any vacancy.
