“The intended similarity to the name RUHRTURM reflects the regional identity of RUHRTURM, while RUHR TOWER will certainly become an international point of contact,” explains FAKT.AG CEO Prof. em. Hubert Schulte-Kemper about the name change.

With existing tenants Deutsche Bank AG, recruitment company Hays and innogy.C3, and new tenants Business Metropole Ruhr, Design Offices GmbH and Check 24, Essen will gain an international centre of excellence worthy of its new name.

One of the new tenants is Business Metropole Ruhr. Mr Schlüter of Business Metropole Ruhr comments on the lease at RUHR TOWER:

Cilly Holle of Paragonia GmbH, who initiated the lease, says that the FAKT Tower is now becoming the international RUHR TOWER, and that Design Offices will bring significant tenant stability to RUHR TOWER.
