In the newly developed commercial district of Dorsten-Hervest, Brockhoff successfully brokered around 1,136 m² of office space to Websmart GmbH, a sister company of Sutter Telefonbuchverlag GmbH. The lease was signed before the new building at Hainichenring 8 was completed.

The owner fitted out the space specifically to meet Websmart’s requirements. It features modern technical equipment and an industrial loft-style design with exposed concrete ceilings—ideal for an innovative digital agency.

For more than ten years, Websmart has been developing bespoke websites and smart online solutions that help small and medium-sized businesses build a successful online presence.

“Marketing the space at an early stage meant the fit-out could be tailored precisely to the tenant’s needs. The location also offers ideal conditions for an office,” explains Madeleine Blazevic, real estate advisor at Brockhoff.

Dorsten-Hervest’s commercial district is becoming increasingly vibrant. Nearby retailers already include ALDI, EDEKA, Fressnapf and dm. The result is a diverse business location with lasting appeal.
