Brockhoff brokered the sale of a traditional medical centre with an adjoining ancillary building in Datteln, North Rhine-Westphalia. The properties at Heibeckstraße 26 and 30 provide a combined total usable area of around 3,400 square metres. The seller is a private individual; the buyer is a family office.

The property is fully let. Key factors behind the buyer’s interest included a stable tenant mix anchored by a medical centre known beyond the region, modern technical facilities including photovoltaic systems, and the option to add another storey. A bus stop directly outside and numerous on-site parking spaces ensure convenient access.
