The hall was previously used by a drinks wholesaler and will primarily serve as a showroom for camping accessories and rooftop tents.
The property is in Essen-Heidhausen, with quick access to the A44 and A52. This provides excellent connections across the Ruhr region and to the greater Düsseldorf area. Public transport is within walking distance, benefiting customers and staff. Nearby trades businesses, including a car repair shop and a carpentry workshop, underline the commercial character of the location.
