Brockhoff brokered the change of ownership of the prominent medical centre at Westenfelder Str. 62–64 in Bochum. The buyer is an investor specialising in healthcare properties. The purchase price was not disclosed.

The fully let property comprises around 1,880 square metres and is leased on a long-term basis to tenants in the medical and healthcare sectors. Access to the A 40 enables patients from across the region to reach the site quickly. Parking is also available on the property for visitors and users.
