MEHRKANAL GmbH has leased almost 900 m² on the first floor of the “Grugaplatz 2–4” office property through Brockhoff. The communications and marketing agency was drawn to the new location by its modern fit-out and urban setting in the heart of the lively Rüttenscheid district. The lease also includes ample parking spaces in the building’s underground garage.

With this letting, Brockhoff has secured the property’s third new tenant in just a few months. The owner is refurbishing the building in stages to modern standards and in line with tenant requirements. The renowned law firm Linten & Partner Rechtsanwälte mbB moved into around 900 m² on the sixth floor in summer 2024. Shortly before that, Brockhoff secured another company for an equally sized space.

Existing buildings benefit from excellent locations; after modernisation, they attract high-quality tenants and can be re-let successfully,” says Brockhoff Managing Director Tobias Atenbeck.
