Brockhoff Immobilien GmbH has successfully brokered the sale of a three-storey office and commercial building at Marktstraße 24–26/Wallstraße 31–33 in Ahaus’s pedestrian zone.

The property offers around 1,325 m² of retail space and around 595 m² of office space and was acquired by a private investor. Retail tenants include fashion retailer C&A and a regional clothing chain. The office space is leased to Barmer GEK and staffing services provider persona service.

The purchase price was not disclosed. The seller is a private investor group.
