Brockhoff has successfully arranged a lease of approximately 1,136 m² of office space to Websmart GmbH, an affiliated company of Sutter Telefonbuchverlag GmbH, in the newly developed commercial area of Dors
ten-Hervest. The lease was signed before construction of the new building at Hainichenring 8 was complete.

The owner fitted out the space to meet Websmart’s specific requirements
. It features modern technical equipment and an industrial loft-style design with exposed concrete ceilings, ideal for an innovative digital agency.

For more than ten years, Websmart has been developing bespoke websites and smart online solutions that help small and medium-sized businesses build a successful presence on the internet.

“Early marketing made it possible to tailor the interior fit-out precisely to the tenant’s nee

The Dorsten-Hervest commercial area is becoming increasingly dynamic. Retailers including ALDI, EDEKA, Fressnapf and dm are already ne
arby. This is creating a diverse business location with lasting appeal.
