In Bredeney, a district of Essen, Brockhoff brokered the off-market sale of a distinguished 740 m² office villa to Kinderhut GmbH. The well-maintained building dates from 2005 and stands on a 1,000 m² plot. It offers eight individual garages and nine outdoor parking spaces. The purchase price has not been disclosed.

The property at Alfredstraße 356 is close to “Bredeneyer Kreuz”, the urban centre of Bredeney. Lively Rüttenscheid is only minutes away by public transport or car. Nearby motorway A52 provides a fast connection to Düsseldorf.

Kinderhut is headquartered in Essen and specialises in developing and operating childcare centres in North Rhine-Westphalia, Lower Saxony and Baden-Württemberg. Its administration will be based in the newly acquired property.
