Our company trips are legendary! More than 30 years ago, Eckhard Brockhoff established the tradition of taking the whole team away together for several days on a regular basis. Bangkok, New York and Dubai have all featured among our chosen destinations.

Our last two trips were closer to home but all the more personal: both took us to Austria, the home country of our shareholder ADOMO. In January, we packed scarves and hats for four days and travelled together to the popular ski resort of Ischgl, home town of ADOMO Managing Director Dr Matthias Wechner.

“Ski heil!” was the greeting for those of us keen to hit the slopes together. Those who preferred wellness activities also had plenty to enjoy. By après-ski, the whole team had reunited, making the most of the relaxed atmosphere to grow even closer.

“We benefit from the impressions and experiences of our trips in our day-to-day work. We know one another so well that working together runs smoothly,” says Eckhard Brockhoff, explaining the long-standing tradition of multi-day company trips.
