Kleve, Briener Str. 46–48.

A retail park at Briener Straße 46–48 in Kleve, on the Lower Rhine, has changed hands. Its long-standing tenants are beverage retailer trinkgut and pet supplies retailer Fressnapf. Brockhoff brokered the sale between two private individuals. The purchase price was not disclosed.

The retail park comprises 4,000 m² of hall space on an 11,900 m² site, with 140 parking spaces directly at the property. Its excellent transport links in the Germany–Netherlands border region help attract high visitor numbers. New residential development rights are also expected in the surrounding area, which could further increase customer traffic.
