Soest city centre is gaining a globally popular retail tenant:

The well-known cosmetics company Rituals, with more than 1,100 stores in 33 countries, over 3,300 shop-in-shop locations and five Body Spas, is moving into the retail unit at Brüderstraße 22–23, offering a total of 200 m² of lettable space.

Well-known chain retailers are located immediately nearby. Brockhoff advised on the new store in a prime 1A city-centre location.

The previous tenant, optician Brillen Rottler, has moved to the retail unit at Brüderstraße 25. Brillen Rottler is a longstanding Brockhoff client and also received advice on this relocation.

“Rituals is expected to open the store in November, once the bespoke fit-out is complete,” says Bert Pfeffer, real estate expert at Brockhoff, pleased with the successful letting in Soest.
