(Essen) Brokered by Brockhoff Immobilien GmbH, RVE Printmedienlogistik has leased around 2,900 m² of warehouse space at Rhein-Ruhr-Park on Dessauerstraße in Mülheim an der Ruhr.

The company provides logistics services to the printing industry and has now opened an additional location. Within the business park, COPA Heizung GmbH has also secured 2,134 m² of warehouse space on a long-term lease.

Detailed negotiations are underway for the remaining space, which would bring the business park back to full occupancy. The property is owned by a real estate company.
