A future-focused city centre. Last summer, Brockhoff advised menswear specialist Engbers on optimising its retail space and enabled its move from Marktstraße 4 to Marktstraße 20. This relocation freed up the store at Marktstraße 4, another prime 1A location with high visibility and strong footfall.

Working closely with the owner of the commercial building at Marktstraße 4 and bookseller Thalia, Brockhoff arranged the lease of 270 m² of total lettable space. Expansion works to the former Engbers store will create a new, larger unit tailored to Thalia’s requirements. The opening is planned for the fourth quarter of this year.
