Four years ago, Brockhoff supported Crealize in acquiring the former Oschatz headquarters in Essen’s Weststadt district, then had an exclusive mandate to reposition and market the 9,530 m² property. The building is now fully let: Brockhoff has secured Opitz Consulting as the tenant for the last available ground-floor space.

Following a comprehensive refurbishment of the entire campus, including a rooftop terrace and gym, Crealize and the companies Auxilium, Trends & Brands, Opitz Consulting and an electrical wholesaler now each occupy a floor in the office building. Depending on the individual layout, the floors offer between 440 m² and 510 m² of modern office space.

The Auxilium Group moved its headquarters to Westendhof in January 2025. The company specialises in products and consulting for home care, rehabilitation, orthopaedics and medical technology. Another tenant is Trends & Brands, a wholesale service provider for non-food products. An electrical wholesaler also signed a lease for the former Oschatz office complex in March 2025. IT services provider Opitz Consulting now completes the distinguished tenant line-up.

“The creative campus concept impresses with modern office space and additional features such as a shared roof terrace and gym. The market has responded very positively to this holistic concept, which has won over the new tenants,” says Brockhoff Managing Director Tobias Altenbeck, who oversaw the project from the sale and conceptual repositioning through to full occupancy.
