The southern German central warehouse of the Takko fashion chain in Schnelldorf in Bavaria was sold to a regional group of companies that will use the property itself in the future. Takko had the approximately 11,250 m² logistics hall built in 1999 and has been using it since then. The approximately 26,300 m² property is located in the immediate vicinity of the A6 / A7 motorway junction. The brokerage company Brockhoff from Essen accompanied the sale exclusively on behalf of Takko.
