The original plan was to develop a new project with 3 apartment buildings on the approximately 1,776 m² plot at Kraienbruch 45 in Essen-Dellwig. An opportunity then arose to acquire the rear sections of the neighbouring plots at Kraienbruch 41 and Kraienbruch 43 as well.

Brockhoff INVEST brokered the sale of all 3 plots, with a combined area of approximately 3,554 m², to Allbau AG. The company has already begun preparing a new plan to develop the entire site with apartment buildings.
