Urban development in Essen-Rüttenscheid has taken another major step toward the future. Following the demolition of the former Fabbrica Italiana restaurant and its associated Rossi Club, a high-quality new development has been built on the site. Two residential buildings and an attractive office building have been constructed in this popular location. Brockhoff & Partner was appointed to market the newly created office space.
Brockhoff Office secured advertising agency Orfgen Marketing GmbH & Co. KG as the first tenant in the high-quality office building. In selecting its new 742 m² premises, Orfgen Marketing placed great importance on the building’s flexibility and the central location. Modern workplaces for creative projects will take shape here in summer 2018.
A further 1,145 m² of modern office space is still available: approximately 219 m² on the ground floor, approximately 459 m² on the 1st floor and another approximately 458 m² on the 2nd floor.
