The office building at Märkische Str. 23-33 will become the accounting centre for the AccorHotels Group in Munich. AccorInvest Germany GmbH has leased approximately 632 m² of office space through Brockhoff OFFICE. HDI Gerling has been the anchor tenant for many years. The building is in a central-edge location, directly beside the southern arterial roads.
