Driving school We Drive and loudspeaker manufacturer GP Acoustics GmbH have each leased half a floor—200 m² and 295 m² respectively—in the new ADAC building at Nordhofstraße 2 in Essen. Brockhoff OFFICE advised on both lettings. The flexible spaces are barrier-free and finished to a high standard. On the ground floor, ADAC operates a 750 m² service centre with a travel agency and café lounge. 

The 3,800 m² office and commercial building is in the Grüne Mitte Essen university district, developed as a residential and business quarter between 2011 and 2016 on the former Essen Nord freight yard. Its location near Berliner Platz, excellent bus and rail connections, and ample parking in the building’s underground garage provide outstanding accessibility.
