The commercial building at Oststraße 26 in Ahlen has been sold by a private individual to an investment company. Essen-based property agency Brockhoff advised on the transaction involving the 2-storey building in a prime 1A pedestrian-zone location.

The property occupies a plot of approximately 1,009 m² and offers around 965 m² of lettable commercial space. The main retail tenants are household-goods discounter KODi and bakery chain Kamps. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
