The largely refurbished AIRPORTCENTER-Zeppelinheim office building at Flughafenstraße 21 in Neu-Isenburg, near Frankfurt Airport, has been sold to the Wohninvest Group of Fellbach. The property offers approximately 5,600 m² of total space on an 8,656 m² site. It is let to numerous well-known tenants and includes a canteen and 140 parking spaces. The seller is a family office from the Sauerland region. BROCKHOFF Invest Essen handled the transaction. This is already BROCKHOFF Invest’s second transaction in Neu-Isenburg-Zeppelinheim: two years ago, it successfully sold the neighbouring office property at Flughafenstraße 20, which offers approximately 5,000 m² of total space.
