Duisburg, Schulstraße 81.

ALFIX GmbH, based in Großschirma, is relocating its North Rhine-Westphalia site from Essen to Duisburg in August 2019. Brockhoff LOGISTICS arranged the lease of the property at Schulstraße 81, which offers approximately 2,107 m² of lettable space. The approximately 11,200 m² site is in the immediate vicinity of the future Logport VI, placing it in a multimodal logistics hub.

ALFIX is known throughout Europe as an innovative, established manufacturer of façade, modular and mobile scaffolding, as well as roofing systems. With branches and representatives in Germany and elsewhere in Europe, ALFIX has a comprehensive service network to provide its customers with extensive support.

Following the demolition of the paper mill in Duisburg-Walsum, Logport VI will become the sixth phase of Duisburger Hafen AG’s successful expansion. The site covers approximately 40 hectares and benefits from a prime transport location in the heart of the Ruhr region, with direct access to the Rhine.
