(Münster) DIC Deutsche Immobilien Chancen is selling the office tower and adjoining retail pavilion at Servatiiplatz 7-9 in Münster to local investor Andreas Deilmann. The buyer plans to hold the fully let, listed property long term. The twelve-storey tower and pavilion were built in the early 60s to designs by Braunschweig architect Professor Friedrich Wilhelm Kraemer.

The property offers approx. 6,080 m² of lettable space. Its proximity to the city centre and Münster railway station makes it a sought-after business location.
