The premises, currently occupied by Stadt-Parfümerie Pieper, offer approximately 175 m² in total. The new arko store is scheduled to open in autumn 2016. The property is owned by a private holding company. arko currently operates around 200 stores in Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic, offering high-quality, fresh coffee, tea, chocolates, truffles, biscuits, sweets, wines and spirits.
