Brockhoff brokered the sale of the attractive residential and commercial building at Am Markt 12 in the lively town of Brilon, in the Sauerland region, to Astenhöhe GmbH. The exceptionally well-preserved property has three retail units on the ground floor and 14 age-friendly apartments on the upper floors. Total lettable space amounts to 1,524 m².

Astenhöhe GmbH is part of Brockhoff Family Invest, which Eckhard Brockhoff is establishing for his son Maximilian Brockhoff. Through Astenhöhe, Eckhard Brockhoff also holds a stake in Hotel Bredeney, the Ruhr region’s largest hotel, with 293 rooms. He plans further acquisitions of income-producing apartment buildings and well-maintained residential and commercial properties in good locations.

The purchase price was not disclosed.
