Real estate company Aurelis Real Estate has leased approximately 4,300 m² of warehouse space and 700 m² of office and staff facilities at Martener Hellweg in Dorstfeld-West. The future tenant is babymarkt.de GmbH. Brockhoff LOGISTICS acted as broker.

Earlier this year, J. W. Zander GmbH & Co. KG vacated part of the space and sold the entire property to Aurelis. Brockhoff LOGISTICS also handled that transaction. Zander has taken a long-term lease from Aurelis on the space it needs for the business units remaining at the site: administration, sales, showroom and collection warehouse. The commercial property offers 10,845 square metres of usable space in total and is now fully let again. “The quick re-letting shows that the property is ideally suited to businesses in retail, storage and logistics, and services,” says Michael Buchholz, Head of Aurelis’s West region.

babymarkt.de is Europe’s leading online shop for baby and children’s products and the Ruhr region’s largest online retailer. The new location will primarily handle returns and serve as a distribution warehouse.
